2. Hosting and server log files
Our website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the provider.
Each time our website is accessed, the following data is automatically stored in server log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- page or file accessed
- referrer URL (previously visited page)
- browser and operating system used
The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing the website in a technically error-free and secure manner. The log files are deleted automatically after a short period, unless longer retention is required for evidence purposes (e.g. in the event of attacks). This data is not merged with other data sources.
3. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar.
4. Cookies and consent management (Cookiebot)
We only set cookies that are not technically necessary and only load external content (Google Analytics, YouTube, Google Maps) with your consent. To obtain and manage your consent, we use the consent management tool Cookiebot provided by Usercentrics A/S, Havnegade 39, 1058 Copenhagen, Denmark.
When you access our website, a connection to the Cookiebot servers is established. Cookiebot stores your choice in the cookie CookieConsent in your browser (storage period 12 months) and logs your consent (shortened IP address, date and time, browser information, page accessed, consent ID and selected categories) as proof on the provider’s servers in the EU.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 7 (1) GDPR (obligation to demonstrate consent) and Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG. An overview of all cookies used on this website, including their purpose and storage period, can be found in our cookie declaration. There you can also change or withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Contacting us
If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, contact details, content of your enquiry) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are hosted locally on our server. No connection to servers of Google or other third parties is established when the page is accessed.
7. Google Analytics
If you have consented to the “Statistics” category, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of how the website is used. Your IP address is shortened within the EU or the EEA by means of the “anonymizeIp” function before it is stored. It cannot be ruled out that data is transferred to servers of Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; to that extent, an adequacy decision of the EU Commission exists for the USA.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future in the cookie declaration.

On some pages we embed videos from the YouTube platform. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use the enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
The videos are only loaded if you have consented to the “Marketing” category. Only then is a connection to YouTube or Google servers established, in the course of which in particular your IP address, the page accessed and technical browser data are transmitted. At the latest when a video is played, YouTube may use cookies or similar storage technologies in your browser. It cannot be ruled out that data is transferred to servers of Google LLC in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG, which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie declaration.

We process application documents that you send us, e.g. by e-mail or post, in order to carry out the application process (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). If no employment relationship is established, the documents are deleted no later than six months after the end of the process, unless legitimate interests (e.g. burden of proof under the German General Equal Treatment Act, AGG) prevent this.
